As humans, we are constantly growing and changing throughout our life span. Change can feel overwhelming and anxiety provoking, as it is happening every day all around us. Learning how to accept and view changes in a more positive light can be a struggle. When it may feel the growth is too uncomfortable, a therapist to motivate and encourage you can be the difference in achieving your goals.

I am passionate about supporting clients while they are searching to maintain balance and rediscover their goals. I love encouraging clients to lean into the discomfort to allow you to be the very best possible version of yoruself.

About Me

I hold a Masters of Science degree from the University of Wyoming in Mental Health Counseling and am licensed with DORA as an LPCC, number 0015394. I have a Bachelors of Arts degree in Anthropology from Colorado State University as well as minors and concentrations in Human Develpoment and Family Studies and Psychology. I have attended the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM and the University of East London in London, UK for my anthropological studies. My clinical background is in community mental health and inpatient behavioral health.

I am proud to call Fort Collins home and love all the city has to offer and explore. I'm a mother to 3 beautiful and wild little ladies (and their BIG dogs) so you might see me running around town chasing after them or shuttling them to their activities. We love to be outdoors riding horses, at the park or enjoying fun activities.
